What to Expect-
Learn what it is to feel safe as you step into more creativity in your life. We will bring up lies that we believe and work through how to keep going. We will do watercolor exercises and spend time creating together.

As you step into more creativity in your life, learn to trust the process of what that looks like. As we learn to let go of the negative voices, we can step more into creativity in each part of our life.

As we have walked through safety and trust in the creative process, it is time to rest in your newfound freedom. We will make a meal together and feast and enjoy one another’s company.

During the workshops, we will work on watercolor painting, writing, drawing, collaging and cooking.

Bring an open mind and heart to learn and grow.
Be challenged and encouraged to change when needed.

Sample Itinerary-
Workshop participants ease into the evening by enjoying delicious small bites and potluck style appetizers while getting to know each other and catching up.

Host will take some time to talk on the topic of the night, encourage participants and bring up some possible blocks. Host will read quotes and will move into the first creativity exercise.

Participants will work through guided creativity exercises and have time to work through each one at their own pace.

This will be a time where we discuss what we felt and experienced while doing the exercises. This is also a time to share struggles that came up during the process as well as any breakthroughs. This is also a time to encourage each other and bring up any questions.

Rosalind Marquez
Rosalind is an artist, entrepreneur and creative mentor passionate about helping women grow in confidence, embrace their creativity and pursue meaningful lives. She believes creativity is not reserved for a select few but is a gift that can be cultivated, developed and expressed in ways that bring beauty, purpose and impact to the world.
With a background in hospitality, administration, and business leadership, she brings a unique blend of creativity and practical wisdom to her work. Her approach is both inspiring and approachable, creating space for women to explore their gifts, overcome self doubt, and confidently step into who they were created to be.
Through her art, teaching, and creative work, she hopes to encourage women to live courageously, create intentionally, and build lives filled with purpose and joy.

This workshop is more than a crafting workshop. While we will create art projects, we will also dive deeper into what it means to be creative as women in our busy lives, the lies that we belive and the guilt that we often have to work through to get to that point. It is a safe space to share struggles and to encourage each other and find community.
